Kick off your authentic African Safari adventure bright and early as you leave Johannesburg before dawn. The journey takes you north to the renowned Kruger National Park, where you’ll spend three days in pursuit of the ‘Big 5’ and other fascinating wildlife.
On the way, enjoy a delightful brunch while soaking in the stunning scenery filled with diverse birds and wildlife, promising an unforgettable bush experience.
Arrive at your camp in the late afternoon, where cozy en-suite thatched bungalows await you for the night. Take some time to relax before indulging in a traditional interactive braai, a South African barbecue feast.
As you dine under the stars by the campfire, keep an eye out for hyenas that might be lurking outside the fence at night.
Overnight at a Kruger National Park Rest Camp – Dinner and breakfast included, along with two game viewing activities.
Rise and shine for an early morning safari in an open vehicle, taking in the breathtaking sunrise. Afterward, return to camp for a hearty breakfast at the restaurant. A nearby waterhole draws a variety of wildlife, which you can observe from the restaurant deck.
You can choose to relax at the camp or join a game drive in a closed vehicle to a picnic spot or lookout point for lunch (at your own expense). With an area of 20,000 km², Kruger National Park is comparable in size to the Netherlands!
In the evening, embark on a sunset safari, spotting wildlife from your open safari vehicle before heading back to camp for dinner.
